I was listening to last week’s shows for the third time and I was wondering – Does anyone think this show has gone too far? I mean, people are seriously getting hurt or willing to maim themselves for 10 minutes of airtime. It’s celebrity worship and IMHO it’s gone a little bit too far. I mean – I like Martin and the crew but lately he just seems like a desperate egotistical shock jock like all the others.

I do get the feeling that the show is a shadow of it’s former self. But that’s probably the fault of us, the listeners. Or maybe because nobody listens to the radio except for poor people.

Can’t you post anything positive? I mean, yeah, Smithy is overated and Martin is a glorified board op, but the show is awesome.

These guys take off ALL THE TIME. I wish I could have some vacation days off. They worked on the 4th of july – when everyone was by their radios. Lazy asses.
